Upgrade HDD 2009 Sat Nav to Full Post Codes?

Hi Guys

My recently collected '09 Vantage has the Hard Drive Sat Nav system but is only partial post code based. I think I'd like to upgrade it to the full post code system but not sure 1.If its possible 2. How to do it if it is and finally 3. The cost.

I'd welcome your advice please.

It is the Volvo MMM+ system.
I tried a 2010 DVD referenced in the AMOC thread

It would not load on my HDD system but worked fine on the DVD based system
