Went to the Goodwood Breakfast Club meet yesterday.

For those of you that haven't been there before its held in the grounds of a Stately Home that's been owned by the same family for centuries. Its free to get in, and you get privileged parking in the Pits if you turn up in an Aston. Members of the public are allowed to wander around looking at the cars.

Only thing missing was a tower in need of repair
wink

I'm quite local to Goodwood, so go to these most months. Yesterday's theme was "Performance Car Legends - post 1970 driver's cars". There was a good assortment of cars, including a Vantage V600, a Zonda, an Enzo and a Veyron as well as a plethora of Aston's, TVR's, Ferrari's, Lotus and Porsches.

...and as mentioned, it's free to get in smile

Highly recommended.

Yep, that was mine. I got there too late to get onto the pit straight.

Strangely got directed to the pits as we were told there were loads of Astons there and they wanted them all together (there wasn't). My mate in his SLK230 got directed to the pit straight, even though we had to sneak the hairdressers car in! (we sandwiched him between another mate in a SL55 AMG nad the Vantage when coming in through the gate).
