Someone else posted about this previously, but there seemed to be a bit of confusion.
After chasing round a bit today and calling Tesco, the promotion is at all the Tesco Express stores. My local one is attached to an Esso / Mobil garage.
Seems Mobil have brought out some new packaging so they're selling off their old stock.
It's £16 for 5 litres - a bloody bargain.
PS don't bother going to the Esso in Andover Road, Winchester - I've just cleared the shelves
