Driving up the M11 last night I had the misfortune of being behind a lorry that had a tyre blow.

End result was rubber strips flying toward the car and the lorry's plastic mudguard being ripped off and hitting the underside of my car after being thrown up by the front tyre..

The rubber hit the side of my car causing

and somehow it also dented the rear arch...

Phone call to Norfolkline today and they seem quite easy to deal with. I spoke to the lorry driver on the hard shoulder and the only failure so far is that he didnt complete the incident sheet last night but that shouldnt be an issue.

Off to Sevenoaks Aston tomorrow for a quote.

Bad luck
At least the driver and the company are responding to you well and sorting it out.

Very unfortunate you must be gutted. I would suggest getting Works service to get it sorted. They will pick the car up and deliver it back to you. They have worked on both my DB9s and the quality of work was excellent.

What colour is your car?
