Need some quick help - are the 7-spoke wheels found on the 2007 V8V diamond cut or just "normal"?

I'm hoping to arrange for a couple of small scuffs to be corrected before I collect my new car on Friday, but have been told that diamond cut wheels take a few days to refurbish!!

And corrode faster, according to the man at Wheelworx.

I've heard the same.
Other, faster, option I've been given (if they are indeed diamond cut) is to have the scuffs repaired and then the wheels painted. I'm told this prevents corrosion in the long run, but I'm worried the finish won't look as good as the original.

I'm not sure the pre 4.7 alloys are diamond cut.
The face of the N400/sports pack wheels are.
It is a notoriously flimsy finish with many manufacturers of wheels.
If you are not bothered about it get them repaired and powder coated.
I had a set of light weight forged Rays done and the finish was a lot more durable than the stock finish!
