Corrosion V8V

I have some pitting on the chrome side fins on my V8V. I am 3 months into extended warranty and the dealer tells me this isnt covered?

Anyone had experience of this?

Would have thought it was covered by the 10 year anti corrosion warranty

Should i contact another dealer. Stratstone seem pretty convinced.

anyone got the warranty to hand? is it in the back of the user manual?
..maybe it specifies paint ? ...rather than covering corrosion on other areas...

It's still within its 3 year warranty so had it done when it was serviced last month...they took a couple of photo's sent it to Aston Martin and replaced.
