i've put a warranty claim into my local dealer for some rust on my roadster (inside the boot on the hinge bolts, rust inside the storage cubby area in the arm rest, and the door striker plates) on an 09 vantage and also cracks in the leather on the inner side of the passenger seat (its been sat in for only a few hours by passengers)

what is the likely chance of a claim being approved ? it had done 500 miles when I bought it 3 weeks ago, and i've done 1000 in it.

its my first aston so I don't know what to expect...one would hope a £100k car wouldn't be a problem...

10 year anti corrosion warranty on bodywork so unless the rust has been caused by being scratched / keyed etc I wouldn't expect a problem. No idea on seat though!

Just spoke with a friend who has a Vanquish in for warranty work at the moment. In some cases you have to be absolutely insistent, but they have always agreed to do work under warranty in the end.
