hi guys, i have a 05 db9 volante... and recently have noticed some white staining on the passenger footwell carpet .. i have lifted up the mat and it is damp underneath. the top mat is try but the underneath is quite wet, mainly nearer the passenger seat, the further end of the footwell is dry.

The rear passenger footwell is also damp under the carpet.... does anyone have any suggestions on any causes?

thanks

Really Water causes dampness wow Tony mensa must be beating down your door.
I think my question was any suggestions as to why or how water was collecting on the footwell.

It could either be aircon condensation water dripping into the footwell or one of the drain tubes has become blocked and is causing rain water to overflow into the passenger compartment. These can be unblocked by carefully running a stiff wire through them. I'm sorry I can't be more specific but these two are the most likely causes.

Check the seals around your quarter glass window ,letting in water , running down the seatbelt channel onto the floor.
