AM factory tour
Discussion
I have booked a tour on April 1st - so glad to hear your visit was memorable XXXAngelXXX.
I'm going so I can make the final choices on a V12V- colour being the main item I have yet to decide upon. I'm hoping that by seeing an array of Astons in all sorts of different colours, I might get the inspiration I need!
Incidentally, I plan to place the "build" order at the same time, and hope I can get the car delivered on July 1st - 3 months later. Any experience from fellow V12V purchasers on the build time?
Thanks

yep we saw a lot of diff. colours btw it was *Vantage build day* that day so we saw all types of V8s and V12s being build - they build 13 cars that day
So does that mean that they have specific days to build a car? Vantage day on a Monday, DB9 on Tuesday, DBS on Wednesday and so on?JohnG1 said:

Are there a load of yellow test crash cars out the back? just roting away?
Yes there is. Behind the factory is a fenced compound with lots of crashed cars used for testing, and yes, some are yellow! I saw them last year although the area is restricted. Gassing Station | Aston Martin | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
