Anyone out there with experience of this dealership? Particularly the quality of their servicing and warranty repair.

Many thanks.

I've had my 7 Vantage serviced there and they have been very good. They forgot to stamp the book last time and when I went in to get it stamped they had a little "sorry" present for me, nice touch. Not had any warranty work done though.

4 years in March they have been looking after my Vantage, after purchasing from there. Have had all the warranty work done by them and standard services. They always have been fantastic, they come and get her in a huge covered transporter and then drop her back, unless I want a thrash through the lanes to get there. Speak to Martin Young, great chap.

Although I didn't buy my Vantage there Chichester have always done all my warranty work and services (until I discovered DMS for the last one that is).

Nice bunch of people and their work is fine, as is their covered collection and delivery - the drivers of the trucks are top-notch, helpful and extremely polite too.

Agree about Martin Young - top bloke.

Had some warranty work done there just before Christmas, all good no complaints but the guy who collected the car kindly left his Corsa on the drive for a couple of days, no covered pick up for me frown

Yes I've had the Corsa too when the pickup truck thingy wasn't available - drove it around just to remind me how lucky I am to actually have an Aston !

(Hated the car, but loved the 48mpg !!!)
