Rapide test route in Spain

Hi, I read Tom Ford's review in the Sunday Times. He mentions the pyrenees and Spain. Anyone know where they may have been? It might make a change from a blast through the Alps this summer.

We took the Plymouth - Santander ferry last October and then toured the Picos mountains. Some brilliant roads including the N621 to Riano and the "unclassified" road to Fuente De. Potes is worth a visit with great restaurants.
