biarritz and pyranees - roads to savour?

Did the Davos to Italian Lakes route through some wonderful passes last summer, I realy enjoyed the flowing bends along Fluela and Julier.Would happily do the same again but wonder if anyone can recommend an alternative, perhaps through south of france/ into spain and back.

Loads of nice roads down there....but a MUST road is the E11 from Montpellier to Mallau (going over THE Bridge)(this way round, as you have a motorway with up hill corners) if you hit this outside of the French 'olidays, then you can use all 3-4 lanes like a race track up into the hills...fantastic...
