Alarm system on `07 Vantage

The `Alarm system service required` light has recently popped up on the dash info display. Now, after locking the car an intermitent on/off siren (not as loud as the main alarm ) can be heard every few minutes at none regular intervals.Any idea`s, i`ve just tried Rick but no answer,can you turn it off?

I had this, and if memory serves it's something to do with the alarm module getting water in it inside the rear left wheelarch - Aston assistance wouldn't come out for it, and the dealer was too busy to come out so was told to leave it until the alarm battery went flat !! Stuffed wheelarch with duvet to give my neighbours some chance of sleep that night and next morning it was quiet. Dealer replaced module under warranty took about 3 and a half seconds once the wheel was off ! Luckily not too many people will go to bed before midnight tonight so there is a fighting chance the thing will flatten itself before then !

I also had this.

Fortunately (for me) it decided to activate while I was away, so the other half dealt with it. At 2am

Aston assistance were on their way out to it when the thing died. Dealer fixed it quickly for me the following day.
