Premium audio

I was out for a blast yesterday and had the stereo on loud for a couple of hours (swmbo was not with me to tell me to turn it down!)all of a sudden the sound went funny as if something had overheated. This morning everything was back to normal, this is the second time this has happened, has anybody else experienced this?

What do you call "loud"? I've never had it on over half way up the scale...

It was vey loud, I think it must have an overheat cutout as it's all back to normal now

Not sure of the actual level but I have an ipod fitted and it is great to revisit all my old tunes! I would highly recomend the premium audio to anybody thinking about buying an Aston

Your task (should you accept it ) is to go back out in the car and tell us
a)how loud you had it on the scale
b) how loud before it makes your ears bleed!

If you are a mean little sod - put on a CD with a quiet/loud dynamic - think Nirvana/Pixies/Metallica / etc.. Turn it all the way up on the quiet bit and then wait for the loud part...

Then you can really hear your 700W worth!!!
