Screen washer hose appears to have detached from the bottle

no water on screen when I push the button, pump motor activates. Screenwash ends up on floor under car.

Is this something I can easily fix myself?

it,s not a difficult job on a ramp, but could be a bit awkward on the floor, the drivers side wheel will require removing and the wheel arch liner, this will give access to the bottle and piping, if you require step by step instructions please let me know,
