Electric window question

A fault has appeared on the passenger side window of my DB9. It should automatically drop a few mm as you open the door, and raise itself after the door is shut.

Yesterday, when my OH shut the door, there was a very strange noise. A brief investigation shows that it has stopped doing the auto up/down bit.

Does anybody have any ideas? Is it a dealer job?

No ideas, but be carfull when shutting the door becuase on the AMOC forum there is mention of possible damage to the door skin caused by the glass focing the metal skin out of shape where the glass slides down into the door if it accidentally slammed or forced shut without the glass dropping.

I think if you carry out the window reset procedure it should sort it out. Details in the user manual.
