I have attempted to start adding videos of common resets minor repairs etc, are these easier to understand than the step by step tutorials or is there a need for both, I need to make the best of the time I have, (wife needs special attention as well as you lot) so from the point of streamlining and providing the best help what is the best format, please be brutal,

Honestly, whatever is easier (quicker for you) to produce is best since more info would likely to get published that way. Sometimes text is better (you can print a copy and bring it to your work area), but then again a picture is worth a thousand words.

as youtube videos are now playable on most mobiles you can pause rewind and fast forward, is this the way to go, or printable instructions with pictures, both take time and doing both albeit possible means less time to cover different topics, so is it better to cover more topics or provide a more complex overview of issues with written word photos and videos, videos can be added later as time allows to written instructions, as can the same be same be said in reverse, I just want to make the best of the time given to this so that the best usable information is provided, The issue is that this has to be done around looking after paying customers ( obviously this puts food on the table and pays bills) poor or incomplete info can be more than useless and misleading as to no information at all,
