Hi again, I was wondering what mileage the fuel filters should be changed at on the db9. I have 56000 miles and am unsure if they are contributing to a hesitation and rough idle I am experiencing. Any one know if this job is very tough? I have done fuel filters on many cars but I am unsure of even their location on this db9!

An oil change proved to be a fun job LOL.

DB9 fuel filters are in tank, volante has an access cover underneath tonneau lid. not to bad a job coupe is much harder!

Cool thanks for the info, I spoke with at service adviser today who says the fuel filters are considered life time items in the tank, never heard of that before!

Fuel filters are not listed on the service check sheet. The car may be suffering from a break down of the ignition coils though. They can usually start to make the car run a little lumpy. At your current mileage your not far off the 70,000 service where the plugs are changed. It might be worth bringing that service forward. Coils can be done at the same time as plugs with no extra labour cost.
The Aston diagnostic machine might be able to shed some light on it too.
