Do you mean f430?

You'll probably find *most* people loitering on here went for the Aston.

997 is probably the most sensible, cheapest and dull in std form. Ferrari the opposite. Aston in the middle.

I've owned two and driven all three.
997 - bit dull
AM fuse 22 - excellent
F430 - very very noisy. Look on the Ferrari section - there's a thread "Second hand F430" started by me a week or so back.

911 is cheapest to service, AM in the middle, Ferrari is most expensive. But service costs will be a small part of running costs. Petrol is the key, plus tyres/brakes/clutch - depending on your driving style.

Insurance - ask you broker. My experience has been that the quote is most closely tied to the value of the car, rather than the model ie a £60k Gallardo is quoted at a similar price to a £60k 911.

Why don't you say more about your usage, driving style, what you are looking for and then folks can probably give more useful pointers?
