I posted a while ago about on a Volante the sensors around the rams raising the roof cover can imprint on the leather and sadly its happened again but thats not the dilemma.
When calling to book it in I was chatting to my dealer and they may have a buyer for my car and basically I can get my initial cost money back and possibly the warranty so all in over cost I have paid out about £800 on parts inc tyres and DBS grill, £900 on a pro detail and £1400 on a warranty that is 2 months old
I think I can get back my purchase price plus £1k of the above meaning i have had 5 summer months of Aston for £2100.
Why sell - well the 06 DB9 is a bit rattly for me Im a bit precious and I know the later models are a bit tighter (Rick do you agree with that ?) and maybe I leave it for the winter and get a 08 next march ?? I wouldnt drive the Aston much in winter anyway but i would miss the top down winter night cruise I am partial to but have not experienced yet as only had it 5 months.
It really depends on a 08 floating my boat I guess ...
