Anyone up for a meet?

I dont know if this has been tried before, but thought it might be good fun for PH Aston Martin owners to just get together for a drink and a chat. Put faces to the comments. I am Kent but would suggest maybe Warwickshire or Cotswolds so fairly central, do-able in a day or weekend if people are inclined. If there are more than ten positive replies then I will research and maybe get something sorted for late August, early Sept.

Well I am really pleased at positive response, so lets make it happen. Oblio, your imput as a local wold be great, pm me and we can sort out a venue. I guess dates people cant make say mid Aug to mid Sept might make it easier to select one that suits most or should I just go for one and hope most can make?
Also an idea of genuine numbers would be good as we will have to advise the venue of the number of riff raff that might descend

Not that it's any business of mine as I have not yet replaced my 07 DB9 Volante,but I recall Stanton and Stanway are stunning (near Broadway and some famous Hill Climb).
Cars will look amazing as they growl thru the lower village (minus fuse 22 of course)

Okay, thanks to oblio, the man on the spot in the Cotswolds together we are suggesting either the 22/23rd or 29/30th August. We intend to find a reasonably priced hotel for those who want to make a weekend of it. Just dinner and chill (yeah right) on the Saturday, and Sunday, a good run out courtesy of oblio's knowledge of the area, great roads and villages and scenery, to meet day arrivals at a venue yet to be decided, for Sunday lunch. If all goes to plan, a further pm run.
As this is short notice we really need to know numbers for (a) if anyone else is making a weekend of it and (b) for the Sunday gathering.
On the off chance my idea is too short notice then maybe we can sort for later in the year but it would be great to catch the summer if poss, so early replies would be good.
