Urgent help for my neighbor - her convertible not closing!

Hey all,

the car is stuck with the roof half open - it says roof operation paused and will not respond.

Any ideas on what to do? The exclamation warning light is on.

Problem resolved - we called Aston Recovery and they went through a few steps with me - the lining got caught in the tonneau area and i simply lifted the tonneau with the engine off and the rear glass part of the roof sunk in and i then closed the tonneau and all was fine.

Yup! The woman at the other end of the phone was as glad for it to be resolved as my neighbor - they probably didn't want to send someone out!

If it's any consolation this happens on Boxsters as well.
