I picked up my 09 Vantage from Lancaster Reading yesterday, in the rain unfortunately!

Quick question regarding the Air Conditioning...

I'm sure it's not right, but thought I would ask here - set on auto at 18 degrees it's pumping out freezing cold air. A bit cold for my liking to be honest, so up a notch to 19 degrees and now it's pumping out baking hot air, just like from a hair dryer set on max!

I've just been out for a quick drive and even on manual, again set at 18 degrees, one minute the air is freezing cold and then a few minutes later it's baking hot, this time without altering the temperature.

I've only done 80 miles in the car, but if it's going to be like this then they can have the car back. I'm due to be driving down to Le Mans in it on Friday and there's no way I want to be doing an 800 mile round trip in a car that's like an igloo one minute and an oven the next!

Simon.

Needs looking at. Something not quite right there. Call the dealer and get them to look at it.

Never heard of that before. May be something blocking the internal temp sensor? Let Lancasters look at it. A/C is usually pretty good in Aston's. Let us know what's wrong if they find something.

Cheers.
