im posting here rather than in engine and drivetrain in the hope of picking the brain of someone who is familiar with these boxes
the car is a 96my 3.2L DB7
simply put the car can suddenly either lose drive or kick down without input from the throttle

both sensors on the nearside of the box were replaced about 500 miles ago as they were broken( i had not driven the car prior to this, they were replaced during repair work)
the oil has been changed although the filter is original

the car has been into a well respected autobox specialist and although they agree there is a problem they were unable to locate an actual fault

over to you guys??

in the first place could i have some more details, are any warning lights displayed, if so have you any fault codes, secondly when this happens are the revs restricted to under 3000 revs, cold or hot or intermittent, on a main road or sat in traffic, any smells or noises, thirdly could you pm me who has looked at it,
