Door lock sychronisation

Has anyone experienced problems when locking their car.. specifically where one door locks and the other stays open? Re-locking (using fob) causes the open door to lock and the locked door to open.. agghh
My dealer has tried a re-set and a software upgrade. This works for a a day or so and then its back to square one..
Getting a bit frustrated as I have to do a two door check every time I leave the car..
Normally I can get both doors to lock after a lot of faffing about. but its becomming rather tiresome..

Any advice greatfully recieved.

It's a known issue, though not with mine fortunately. Do a search either here or over on AMOC.

The thing I can't work out is why if I get out and lock the door, the mirrors fold, but if I open the boot before locking the doors, the mirrors don't fold.
