The rear seats, are they any use? Can a child sit in them? More to the point, will a booster seat fit in them? A Dad here that dreams of owning a nice car that isn't a boring bloody saloon.

Have not done a booster seat but the back seats are useable - I 've had my 19 year old daughter in one for a short trip - smaller kids should be fine.

I think the DB9 seats are perfect for a 6/7 yo. Trouble is that a booster makes them unsafe. Better without. But not legal.

Panic not Damian. Plenty of 911 owners have this problem. If you ask on the Porsche forum (or search) about child seats you may get an idea.

I went for a Britax Kid Plus which has a shaped base that fit the 911 rear seats, so should fit a DB9 I would have thought. The only downside is that on a normal seat it is not so stable due to the small base.

He'll fit this way for a while. The good thing is that it brings him forward on the seat so that his legs bend perpendicular at the knee to fit behind the passenger seat. When his legs get longer, we'l just use a booster.
