New 4.7 Roadster Viewing Thursday - What Deals Exist?

I have booked a 4.7 roadster for this weekend (hire) as a prolonged test drive and I have been looking for a newish car to buy and have discovered a brand new one in my preferred blue.
Im not pxing but it will be a financed deal, what should I be looking at as im not paying list but I dont want it for nothing either - I want a win win so whats reasonable - appreciate any input from the more Aston savvy members here.
Also a nice black one with high spec at £77 / 08 against a stratstone one £90 / 58 seems JCT are more real world savvy

I think for the diff (especially on finance) I may as well get new to my own spec.
The business brain in me says to write a spec out and put it to tender especially on a near £100k spend however the main influence is the cost of ownership not the actual cost price so its harder to compare.

Im still unsure but what is an influence at present is I have not had an "old" car for years and if I got a 5+ year old fezza I possibly couldnt live with it (I am hung up on any imperfection, chip and defect).A new Aston was ruled out initially because the dealer in Wilmslow is a 80+ mile round trip and from other owners experience it may well be a frequent time consuming trip as things go wrong / need fettling.
However the light bulb of clarity was the opportunity to spec my own perfect bespoke car on a short delivery time (July latest) and get a good deal on it - this really appeals.
Upon enquiry there are about 6 blue (various) auto 4.7 roadsters kicking around the UK and its one of these I am going to see on thursday however the chances it ticks all my boxes are remote and I am not sure if I can compromise - heart / head etc.
Yes im undecided but its a delicious state to dwell in and in the words of the song "now is the time" I fancy a new factory order of a on / off spec deep blue roadster with speedshift, 5 spoke alloys (essential), nav, HiFi, heated mem seats, mirrors, HID, red calipers and a few other tweaks but how to ensure Im getting a best deal is a poser.
My logic says to spec the car, detail the time frame, deposit available and balloon required and see what the dealers come back with, surely then the only variable is the % rate ?? - this is my query
However this may get blown out the water if one of the "stored" cars is near enough to my in head spec
Hope you find what you want. One note of caution on the self-spec is the period of self-doubt. Guarantee you'll work it all out and then spend the next three months wondering if you did the right thing. You usually have, but it doesn't stop you laying awake at night thinking though.

Lesson I've learned about spec'ing too far - don't!
I spec'd an M3 Coupe in silver with a blue interior, which looked good for a while but then got on my nerves. It dated so quick. No dealer would touch it after 18 months of ownership. I had to take a huge loss to move it on.
I should have ordered Carbon black with black interior as they were in such a big demand at the time.
Sticking with solid colours and tasteful interiors is the way forward - all in my humble opinion.
