I’m thinking of bolting a supercharger onto my DB MkIII – should be easy, do you reckon it’s worth it? Should give me another 50 bhp which I’ll need for the sprint down the runway at Yoevilton later this year! Also I’m thinking taking the back seat out might help. Wot U rkn? Oh and finally, will this affect resale price? I don’t want it to depreciate biggrin

We bolted one on to our DB III DHC but it didn't help the throttle response much so took it off! I find having the DBD engine it's fairly lively anyway.
Wouldn't bother with the back seat either as there isn't much weight to them.
As it was bought for £950 in 1965 depreciation is much of an issue but could that be enhanced if she was detailed?
OBTW you get a pilchard for your collection.

That's the triple SUs yes? I really do like them. I know it involves a bit adaptation to the bulkhead and support bracing under the bonnet but I would love to do that... scratchchin

yes, with twin stainless steel exhausts (which are almost straight through) she makes a glorious sound.
