Aston Martin Dealer Warranty who to use.

Hi as most of you know i am an independent specialist as such i can not carry out Aston martin warranty repairs, we can only advise. what we are asked on a regular basis which dealer do we recommend when we find outstanding recalls or problems that should be sorted out under the Aston Martin warranty, When our customer's are based down in the south of the country we always recommend WHM. Which we also recommend for the heritage cars as well because we do not repair or service Aston's pre DB7 Vantage. the reason we recommend WHM is because we have never had a complaint from any of our customers on how they have been dealt with by anybody at the franchise . with this in mind recommendations from other parts of the country would be greatly appreciated, unfortunately we only hear of the complaints about the service from the dealers. presumably that is why they bring there Aston Martins to us, but i am sure not all dealers are equal ie WHM. preferably i would like who to talk to name and number as i believe that customer service is down to the individual who deals with you, so bad experiences may be down to an individual and not a reflection on the whole dealership.

Please don't respond with who not to use as i said this could be down down to an individual experience i am just looking for positives particularly the people who stand out, I think this will help my customers as well as other Aston owners,

I have also used HWM for warranty work and can highly recommend them.

Aston Works in Newport Pagnell are superb. And very good at fixing the things the dealer can't or have missed. In my experience.

Grange AM in Brentwood (where I lived for 10 years) have always been excellent - Rob the service manager used to work at the TVR dealer where we were customers for many years, and as such, is used to dealing with quirky cars and quirky customers LOL ;

over the last 3 years Ive always had great service, at a very reasonable price (probably less than the Ford or Jag dealer next door!) ...so if I didnt live a few hundred miles away now, Id still be going there.
