AMV8 Manual Storage
Discussion
So only having had the car less than 3 weeks I've had the manual inside the house but thought today I'd put it back in the car where it belongs.........but I can't find anywhere to put it
There isn't enough room in the glovebox or the door pockets, so where is the best place to keep it ?
Cheers

please be careful if storing things under the seats, as there are numerous wires and connections, some of which are for the airbag system, so if disturbed may require a trip to dealer or specialist to reset or repair.
or even OEM factory screw drivers (that cuts wires into 2) forgotten by a nice chap at the factory - i had that .... i would say glove box is ok

I would honestly recommend that you wrap the manual in something to protect & store it in one of the following four places:1 - Under the seat
2 - In the rear parcel shelf (I have a small box from ikea for bits & pieces that works well
3 - Behind the passenger seat (as mentioned)
4 - In the Rear Boot
The reason being, if you have any kind of battery drain or electronic failure, you will not be able to open the glove box, that's when your going to need your manual the most.
