Hi guys, another minor irritation for your advice. Drivers side door window isn't going back up when door shuts and "door open" display shows. Any ideas?

When reading the manual I noticed that if the power is interupted then you may have to reset your electric windows...it goes something like this:

1. ignition to 0
2. open doors
3. open window fully and keep window button depressed for 5 seconds after fully open.
4. close window fully and again keep button depressed for 5 seconds after fully closed
5. repeat with other door

Give it a go.

I've got the same problem with mine. I'm going to try and reset them, but if that fails i'll call the dealer. Did you ever have any problems with your seats? My driver's seat won't go backn or down , it'll go forward but not backwards. I called the dealer and all they could suggest is taking it down to them (which is about 130 miles away)

Both seats and window memory can be reset and is described in the manual so there is no need to drive 130 miles to the dealership.

May sound a little strange but check the door handle has returned into its recess i.e. not sticking out. I had the same issue and really needed to give the door a strong shove to exstinguish door open sill light and to ensure the window returned to full position. Over time I realised it was caused by nothing more than a sticky door handle.

That is OK for the window alone BUT NOT FOR THE *Door open* sign ...........

Thanks guys, I reset the windows and it's worked! As the glass wasn't dropping, the door wouldn't close properly causing the 'door open' warning. Checked for sticky handle first but it was ok.

I have just given in and read the manual and i can't find anything about resetting the seats. I found the bit of resetting the window, but nothing about the seat does anyone know where it is or exactly what to do?

Thanks

I believe you have to run it to its extremes in every direction.
