Just a quick one guys, can you disable the warning sounder - "ping - ping - ping"!

There is probably a wore connector on the seat belt stalk, under the seat.

It either needs disconnecting or the wires bridging together to make the system believe thatthe belt is secured.

Check this does not also effect another systems like airbags (do you have airbags?)

Yep it has airbags. I'll take a gander under the seat in the morning.

If the system is fooled into thinking that the passenger seat is occupied, even when it isn't the car may deploy the passengers air bag in the event of a cash, when it may not if it knows there is no passenger.

TBH if you have a prang that bad who cares ?
