Hi folks

I'm about to pop into halfords for a front facing child seat to fit into the vantage and also the back of my Honda civic!!!

Problem is that I cannot remember which one is recommended in the manual!! Could any of you kind folk have a peek and let me know? Alternatively, if any of you out there have tried other seats with success I would welcome your recommendations!!!!

Many thanks and wishing you all a merry crimbo!!!

After much testing at our local kiddie shop and most of the compatible seats tested we got a BebeConfort Iséos Isofix http://www.bebeconfort.com/collection-2008/UKonly/.... You cannot connect the top tether but I reckoned that was OK. As the Aston Seat is so low you cannot the the ones with the bars at the front to sit low enough so they fit properly. The only issue I find with it is that it is quite a big seat and the child sits quite far forward so kicking the dash is a bit of an issue. The adjustable sides and the tilt angle are useful too. Also it comes in a colour very similar to our phantom grey interior.

This is for when they are bigger, am looking at those at the moment and I fancy the Ricaro Monza (cos of the MP3 speakers or the Jane Indy Isofix (cos it is a smallish seat that fits well)
