Aston Martin Electric seat problem help!

I bought a brand new DB9 in July and love it, but i went to get in to it yesterday the drivers seat won't go back. I tried doing it with the car on and off, but it still didn't work. The seat will go forwards no problem but won't go back and unfortunately has left the seat at a very uncomfortable position. The passenger seat works fine and I've checked the manual and there's nothing in there. Anyone know whats wrong or had similar problems.

If brand new call the dealer! Its his problem

You have to move the seat all the way forward, you have to then move it all the way down and all the way up...That should reset it. Do it with the drivers door open.
