Has anyone looked into replacing the sat nav with a better system? Ive been looking at some very nice ones which would fit nicely where the volvo unit sit's currently.

Hamron Kardon do a very nice 4.8 inch unit with a rotary controller that would look very nice in there and just bypass the dash controls altogteher. Pionner do a great 7 inch system but without measuring im not sure it would fit in the available space.

Can I just say for any AM reps that read this foum that I am embarrased that I have Volvo parts in my supercar! Please sack the draylon slack wearing spanner that made that decision!

Aha, that's why they make it rotate and hide in the dash. It's so that if someone gets in and asks does it have sat nav you can just deny it.

Without doubt the worst feature of the car. Can't believe I went for that line at the dealership - "I know it's 1700 quid but you won't be able to sell it without"

Contrary to what the delaer will tell you, the "new" one on the 4.7 is just as pathetic as the old one.
