What does everybody think of this colour combo???

Personally, I love it! But does it take the class aspect away from an Aston...

Personally I think it's great. I seem to recall it was for sale at Lancaster Cambridge earlier this year at around £66,000 or so. The current price looks like a bargin and someone has probably taken quite a hit - maybe we all have! I showed it to my wife and she hated the colour, so I eventually bought a midnight blue/sandstorm AMV8, and I am very happy.

I like it. But:

1) not sure about the wheels. Silver would make the whole thing more subtle.
2) don't like tinted windows and it looks like it has them.
3) I still have this feeling that white cars are about to become as fashionable as polyester flares.

Love the colour.
However this colour looks terrific on Lamborghini, however does not really suit the Aston!

He needs to change the wording of his ad.

There is a white on for sale in Charles Hurst Belfast (and has been for a while now).

Nice car. I know that's what I would have.

Just have to wait until they start hitting the 40k mark.

This was one of my favourite colours too but personally, I think it does not suit an Aston well.

White is definitely the new black, but for how long ?

53.950? Bit cheap isnt it? I paid 74 for my 07 plate Coupe (4000 miles) in feb this year although mine has a slighlty better spec.

Still not bothered as I wont be ever selling it only dealer changing it for something else (08 Roadster)

I think bitter chocolate is the best interior colour I've yet seen on an AM.

I saw that car in St James' Square a couple of week ago. White simply does not suit this car - it was a waste of such a great bodyshape to dress it in that colour. Dark colors anytime.

Absolutely stunning. Just wish the missus would lift her, "white cars look chav" embargo! I keep telling her, "white cars look like homologation specials" but to no avail. Alas, she is not a fan of the 80's, what can I say smile

Thank you for [most of] the nice comments -- the car really does look great in white, although a little bling for an Aston I'll admit. I'm in California at the moment and every second car here is white, such a difference to the UK. Like 'they' say, if you are going to have a white car, make sure its a perfect shape underneath and the Vantage obviously delivers there (in my opinion, only the Alfa 8C comes close in that department).

Interesting comments on the wheels -- it had silver wheels on originally and I thought it didn't look right, kind of incomplete - a white car needs dark wheels and windows... I'm suprised it hasn't sold quickly - although appreciate what's going on right now, and if one of the few interested parties don't go through it'll be back at the dealer in a week or so... shame, as it is a very sorted Aston. I'd certainly keep it if it were not for my addiction in changing cars so frequently... any bidders?

I nearly went for Lambo Balloon white for mine in 2006 after seeing all the Lambo's at Geneva in 2005 in that colour, but then I realised that I could hardly walk due to too much champers, so I bottled it at order time. I think the DB9 in white looks too Saudi (if you know what I mean) but the Vantage looks good, esp with the contrast the wheels. Personally I would not buy it as it would make me look like I was trying too hard to be trendy, and would look daft getting out of it. But to the right person it would be fantastic, I am thinking lady, blond and leggy...yum yum..

Perhaps advertise it in the Style section of the Sunday Times...

Such A LOT of car for the money, I really don't understand why anyone would get a new one when for 50k less you can have lovely one like this. Unlucky for me when I got mine second hand ones were £10k more than new ones.

O blimey.

That car looks the absolute business.

The best vantage I have laid my beady eyes on period.

If you don't mind me asking, what is a dealer likely to offer you? Surely you will get shafted?

as a prospective owner I have to say I am a big fan of white, always have been. Some cars suit white well and I think the Vantage is one of those cars
