I thought I liked it until I started seeing overtones of the vile Mclaren/Merc/SL thing in that long nose.......
That's the first thing I thought. Or am I not allowed to comment because I don't own an AM, either?Yuck and double yuck. But, not as ugly as that Nissan GT-R. Now that's really ugly.

This car is perhaps a little remeniscent of a Chrysler show car of 3 or 4 years back.
Could this have something to do with the rumoured AM / MBenz tie-ups that have been mooted; even though Chrysler has now been split away again?
It is certainly dramatic!

well my (always well informed) AM dealer says that it wont look at all like this......
Probably because the pic in the post is just made up by some guy sat in front of his PC. Ok, it is an educated guess, but still not official.... Oh well, some of the comments in the replies made me laugh anyway It's amazing how emotional some people can get over a photoshop picture Edited by XXXAngelXXX on Wednesday 3rd September 07:55

He even says :
"I designed the front nose by combining some design cues found on the current models and putting them all together for a singular design continuity. The iconic grill was also enlarged to properly give homage to the old school Aston Martins."

As long as they can produce the goods, and the evidence suggests that they can, then so far as I am concerned they can talk as much gobbledeygook as they want.
Gotham is the way forward. Osum. I like it, hopefully the real one will be even better. Time we had some polished aluminium cars, did anyone see the polished XJR when it was touring the showrooms?

Agree any polished Al car looks the dog's b*****s. The Americans even make caravans in Al look sexy (Airstream) but that is finish or surface decoration as opposed to design form. A change in finish would make this car look a whole lot different and slightly better (one mouse click for Photoshop types) - quick challenge there?Gotham is the way forward. Osum. But no mere change in finish is going to stop it looking like it's chasing down the Riddler and the Penguin - even the original AM tasters make it look large and menacing.
Mind you the soundtrack alone will be worth purchasing (at least worth downloading from iTunes).
