Accessory socket failure

Don't suppose anyone else has had the cabin accessory socket fail?

I'm just getting ready for a trip away with the car and wanted to check a couple of chargers I have. No juice.

Spent 20mins trying to get to the cabin fuse box, only to find the fuse is OK.

Anyone any other ideas (short of calling the dealer, which I'll do tomorrow)? The centre console doesn't look straightforward to get out, so have left that alone for now...
