After much deliberation, on which Aston to go for. My heart always said Vanq.. even though my head said V8/DB9.

I thought about an 'S', but did not think they were worth nearly double the standard model. Have seen a few over the last couple of weeks, and this car is mint.

Should collect end of next week, as car is having it's big service done by Aston works.

Rob

ps.. camera phone pics, so not great quality.

Beautiful cars, a future classic for sure. After hearing a Vanquish start up a few years ago, nothing else has come close to the sound this beauty makes. What model year is it?

very nice, I must admit, if it were a weekend car and a choice of Vantange/DB9/Vanquish, and the prices they are now, Id take a Vanquish, just for the noise smile

doing 20K miles a year in one, may be a bit more expensive than in my Vantage though I guess, so It will have to wait, I will have to one later smile

I still stand by what I said when I first saw the new DBS, out of all Astons from the past 7 or 8 years, the Vanquish still has the most road presence. Saw one again last week at the London Motorshow, they still look the business.

Car is an '04 with 17k miles, and in absolute mint condition.

The DB5 to the left, is apparently up for a 6 figure sum, starting with a 3..

I love all Astons!

My favourite is the new DBS, then the V8, Then DB9, Then Vanq.

But Astons are becoming rather commonISH!

No way near the Porsche mark but I must see one every week...

Mind you, Im not complaining.

This is where the Vanq is different... The are rare! The way these cars should be!

Looks FABULOUS! Really good!!!

Nice car!

I have seen a Vanq S i like but its the new centre console version. Now its up for 129k but in light of the economy and the fact that although they are an amazing supercar not the most desirable how low realistically could i go in at? I am thinking very low!

Ooops correct that, it been dropped 10k already to 119k.

Cheers Guys! beer

I really drove all the different models to death, and although the V8/DB9 were better finished, drove better and would be cheaper to run.. everytime I got out of the car and looked at the lines of the Vanq, I knew I had to have one....... then there was the noise.. bow

Hi Kurgen,
Congratulations on the new "BEAST" looks fab & when you consider the price new & the likely deal done on your mint example, it should also be an Aston that holds its value well biggrin ... enjoy.
