I notice that the DBS has already started appearing on the used market (Stratstones have 3 for sale!). Does anyone have any idea of what the actual list price of a new car is? The spread between dealers/speculators is large (some 20k).

Are we already seeing the bottom fall out of the price of this car after all the hype?

Not sure but you don't need to wait long to get into a car. I was offered one to my spec for the end of the year. All the dealers have demos too. I think the speculators might be getting burnt on this one.

I think this has already happened. If list is around £164k,the cars at Stratstones are already being marketed below list! Plus I'm sure if you walked in to do a deal on one of those today you would get a discount on these prices also. Forget a premium on the DBS it's already started to depreciate.

Has Aston confirmed the numbers they intend to produce per year? I heard it was 1000 for global sale?

the really annoying thing is....i ordered mine from strastone!!...and they are offering 3 demonstrators with less than 500miles at 159k!!....and they would clearly be delighted to sell them at 155k...or maybe 150k....leaving me with only one option......

Uh... The DBS is already under list but don't expect Scuderia to be under list for a LONG time. They are trading for $500K+ in the U.S. and judging by the Stradale I would say that they won't get down to list for 3-4 years if ever.

US is a different market though.

From the numbers stated, I'm pretty sure this discussion is about the UK market.

Speculators are entitled to get burnt.
