I've been tasked with getting together a fleet of cars to be used for wedding chauffering, primarily in the Kent & Essex area. From you guys I am looking for an AMv8 or DB9.

The idea is fairly simple...

People register their interest in offering this service and then the chauffeur company will contact you well in advance to see if you're free to do the job, if not, no problems, there is no obligation to be available unless it is convienient for you.

It will generally involve driving the groom to the church, so usually an hour tops, that's all you have to do, pick them up, drive them a short distance, maybe have a few photos taken and leave. For this 60-90mins work you will be paid £250, assuming you have a V8, DB9, or Vanquish although the wider the selection of cars available the better.

All of the admin is dealt with by the chauffeur company, which is reasonably large and has been established for many years. Those signing up will also get some nice prints of their car done by a professional photographer, my connection is I bought my VX off the guy who runs the company 3 years ago.

Price band A cars worth up to £30,000
For example
Vx220/Lotus Elise or Porsche Boxster + two Mercedes Benz saloons £495.00

• £130.00 for sports car owner

Price band B cars worth up to £60,000
For example
Ferrari 355/Mercedes Benz SL or TVR Sagaris + two Mercedes Benz saloons £575.00

• £175.00 for sports car owner

Price band C cars worth over £60,000
For example
Aston Martin/ Lamborghini or Ford GT40 + two Mercedes Benz saloons £730.00

• £250.00 for sports car owner

Insurance is paid for out of the hirer's fee so the figure above is what you get, nothing less.

The process will involve registering and giving me your contact details, at some point there will then be a photoshoot for publicity images and from then on you will be available for hire.

Any ribbons or anything like that will be supplied and fitted by the chauffeur company, all you need to do is play taxis for an hour or so.

If you are interested, please drop me an e-mail at sales@ip1hosting.net

Surely the Groom would want to travel with the best man so doesnt that rule out most two seaters ?

Apparently not as they've been offering the service for a while with the F360 and it's proved pretty popular.
