i have no knowledge of that car... but the engine might need a rebuild (15k), the paintwork is susceptible to bubbling and alloy corrosion (15k bare metal)... shall I go on?

The Virage is unloved at the moment, which is a shame as its essentially a good car- its more reliable then the V8 which preceeded it and faster, but the engineers choose a good ride over handling, and road testers never forgave the car for looking so fast, sounding so fast but driving like a Jaguar.

They can rust, they can have bad electrics, and all of which are expensive: remember an Aston which is cheap to buy wont be cheap to keep. There are no bargains, but some are good value

The colour might have something to do with it in this particular case. A bit Sultan of Brunei (IMHO).

It is a bit 'sudden'. Love it or hate it, it's an Aston.
