Anyone ever done behind dash Air Con. I am in finishing stages of a resto and want to do do this. I have all the engine bay sorted and the pipe runs. Was looking for the smallest aftermarket option.

I also need to fit a stereo, wont cut holes in the door panels and wanted to see if any one had any advice on what can be fitted on the rear parcel shelf and the depth is very shallow.

Thanks in Advance.

PS Dont want to fit the normal DB5 factory option , its not effective or available.

I investigated this a long while ago. Each specialist does something - ask them for pics of the install. IIRC, RS Williams had a neat instalation (but at a huge price) and Post Vintage used the speaker box under the dash.

On the sounds, it might be worth having a chat with Prestige Audio. Tell them what you want to achieve and I reckon they'll be able to come up with something for you (might not be cheap though).

Try John Windsor at GTC Engineering. He can help with hidden a/c systems, electric power steering etc. etc. They are near Silverstone circuit - 01280 851100.

One of the best kept secrets in Aston ownership...

Cheers
