theres about 5 or 6 inspectors who sign the car off. There be two blokes who do it on a daily basis and the others will be cover for holidays etc

Well they must have been off ski-ing then, as mine was inspected in Jan 07 and bears the name of Mick Moten, who has been thusfar unmentioned.
