Does the model year 08 address some Vantage problems/issues

Hi all,
I am anxiously awaiting my 08 vantage and have read on this forum a series of little nagging problems, such as:
1) Passenger door not llocking consistently with the fob
2) fuel filler cap problems
3) rattle with the dash or parcel shelf
4) metal door trim chipping with the subtlest impact
5) batteries draining on some cars if left for a few days to a week
6) Difficulty shifting from 1st to 2nd gear when cold.

Now, this thread is not about who has experienced these problems and who hasn't. My question is for those who are familiar with the production and assembly lines: Do these issues get resolved on the procuction lines from year to year or in the midst of one model year? Or does Aston continue status quo and address these issues when a customer presents them?
I am hoping I don't have most of these nagging issues, but I am not so sure how versatile a hand-made car can be on the assembly line?
Any input would be greatly appreciated
