Just a few pointers for the V8 (reg ending in DAG hence the title), if you're going to overtake a line of 6 cars, please do so swiftly, not stick in 6th gear at 40mph when there is traffic behind you waiting to pass, also, when cars approach in the opposite direction on a narrow single carriageway, its advisable to pull in to one of the many spaces in the traffic, not just straddle the white line squeezing between cars and continue to overtake at crawling pace on a narrow road. Very odd behaviour, especially from an Aston driver wink.

Sounds Like a 911 TT Driver on a test drive to me, expecting all cars to have a load of low end boost to waft past traffic and not being ar$ed to change gear. Most Vantage drivers would savour the excuse the full down change into second with a blip for each gear...mine has started to pop occasionally on the down shift blip, especially when being fully rung out..

yes (well not necessarily the 911 bit, I'm not up for the marque war hehe)I always make it a point to shift down into the power band, firstly for safety, secondly just for the sound.

Edited to add: I was in the Rangie at the time, and actually lowered my window to enjoy the soundtrack which never materialised, then after he passed very slowly and close, as the road was initially clear, I followed suit.
