AMV8 sticky fuel cap fix

Spent a good 5mins trying to open the filler cap on the v8 whilst annoying other customers at the local Shell garage. I eventually succeeded by utilising the emergency release catch in the boot and levering the flap open with a plastic fork

Alternatively, smear some oil based lube on the catch surfaces to avoid funny looks on the forecourt...

I'm pretty nifty at doing it from the inside the boot now. Can even do it without people laughting on petrol station forecourts.

Yep, managed to chip my paintwork whilst trying to open it last week whilst looking embarrassed.
