AMV8 fuse 22?

heard that if you take out fuse 22 from your v8 vantage the flaps will remain permently open is this correct and will sound like this www.youtube.com/watch?v=b1Om4g_KXAU

Just make sure it's the one in the boot and not the one in the engine bay

thanks oggs ,,, i have the 360 for sale but am not too bothered if i sell it or not as a f430 spider is another £50,000 which is a big jump,, but a murciealago i have been looking for they all seem to be stuck with the dealers or owners for months and months which leads me to think should i buy one and wish to sell it i will be stuck with it for months ,,re the gt i am toying with the idea of one buying it in the usa and then taking it on a tour of the usa might be an idea would also save money on import duties this way aswell
