I could be wrong on this but here's what I understand. I believe that the GTS was an aftermarket conversion carried out by a couple of dealerships including The DB7 Centre in Bovingdon www.db7centre.co.uk - they can still turn a standard car into a GTS today. It may have originated from Stratstones.
It comprised a different fron grill, replacement tail light clusters (four round lights in a rather Ferrari-esque/s/c Vantage kinda way) louder exhaust, split rim alloys and maybe some other bodykit parts. In other words I think it was largely cosmetic.
Call the guys in Bovingdon, they'll be able to tell you for sure.
