Discussion
Apologies if this has been posted before, but there's an interesting thread on www.amoc.org about this website:
https://www.amtestweb.com
It seems to be an official Aston Martin site providing access to loads of documents about their cars. You have to pay per model, per year and for a specified time. I went for both model years of the Vantage for a day, which cost £11. This gave me access to several PDFs, including the 300 page owners guide (which comes with the car) and the 415 page workshop manual, presumably as used by the mechanics. The owners' guide is only available in the Vantage 2006 documents, and the 2007 workshop manual looks pretty much identical to the 2006 version (they are dated the same), so it might be that subscription to just the 2006 documents would be enough (for £7).
I don't plan on working on my car when I get it, and hopefully I won't lose the manual, but it's interesting stuff nonetheless.
I'm hoping that the day's subscription doesn't mean that the pdf files won't be readable tomorrow (does anyone know if that's possible?) so I might print out the interesting bits just in case. I've copied the text to Word documents anyway.
No-one on AMOC has yet complained about the files only being useable for a day, but I'll let you know if they are still ok in a couple of days time.
The usual caveats apply with any webpage that asks for credit card details, but I did a whois check on the website and it uses ford.com name servers, just like the main AM website, so it at least seemed genuine. And the documents are almost certainly genuine.

Did you type it with the s (for secure) in the https part?
Also, it seems there's a security certificate issue that is raised by recent versions of IE. I just clicked on the red icon saying "continue to this website (not recommended)". It does seem a bit dodgy but the website appears to be hosted by ford.com and several people including myself have used it. I must admit that I will be studying my credit card bill carefully next month though...
I still feel that the documents were worth the risk because they are pretty interesting, but that's just my opinion.

No worries, this is a 'Ford site' and all the information contained is worth 11 pounds for a single day subcription. (i.e I downloaded both the complete 06 & 07 manuals for the V8 Coupe)
Many people from the AMOC website have downloaded these files without any issues.
Firefox is the best browser to use if you are having problems loaded (on both PC & MAC)

I searched the web and came across this site:
Looks like they did change the name.
